Leucadia Therapeutics has begun a 2,000 person clinical study called, Project Cribrose.
Project Cribrose participants will sit for a 20 second CT scan and undergo a battery of cognitive tests developed by Leucadia Therapeutics. The study will produce data for deep learning analysis of behavioral and morphological changes that may provide reliable biomarkers for pending Alzheimer's disease. Project Cribrose is a collaboration with Neurosurgeons at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. The study design has been reviewed and approved by Arrowhead Regional Medical Center's Institutional review board (ARMC IRB #19-11).
